Job summary

Accenture Flex in Houston is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite field services and end-user support on a hub-and-spoke model. You will coordinate delivery, act as the primary liaison with the client, and direct day-to-day activities to ensure timely, quality service.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in an IT support role.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience serving as the primary operational liaison with the client.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing day to day team direction and delivery oversight.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Field Services delivery and participate in KT activities.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison with the client.
• Provide day to day team direction and delivery oversight.
• Escalate risks and maintain accountability for service delivery.
• Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment.
• Install set up and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware software and connectivity issues.
• Handle tickets and requests in ITSM systems.
