Job summary
Enable Resource Group LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Field Engineer to provide on-site and remote IT support for church clients.
You will install and maintain hardware/software, support Microsoft 365 and AD/Entra ID, and assist with basic networking and server virtualization.
Requirements: 3+ years IT support, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to pass a background check; onsite role with benefits.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support (Tier II–III) troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 apps & admin tasks.
- Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID and ticketing systems.
- Strong Windows/macOS support and basic networking knowledge.
- Ability to pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
