Job summary

Insight is seeking a Flex Services Technician to install, repair, test, and service a wide range of systems and communications technologies at our Fort Worth office. You will diagnose hardware and peripheral issues, provide cost‑effective solutions, and keep clients running smoothly.

This onsite role requires IT-related certification or diploma and 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience; A+ certification is preferred, and prior HP, Dell, or Lenovo certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• IT-related certificate or diploma.
• 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
• A+ certification (preferred).
• Previous experience working as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and peripherals to minimize downtime.
• Install and test hardware, ensure proper operation.
• Complete all required technical documentation for billing, returns, and compliance.
• Support depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair.
