Job summary

Insight is seeking a Flex Services Technician for our Fort Worth, TX office. You will install, repair, test, and service a wide range of systems and communication technologies, diagnosing hardware issues to minimize downtime while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires IT-related certification or diploma, 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and preferably A+ and experience as HP/Dell/Lenovo technician.

Qualifications

• IT-related certificate or diploma.
• 2-5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• A+ certification (preferred)
• Previous experience working as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues.
• Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works and following instructions.
• Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
• Supporting Insight's depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair
