Qualifications

• Experience in customer technical support or service desk.
• Knowledge of IT products and services and their use cases.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Influence customer experience for IT interactions in the local office.
• Manage IT incidents, problems and service requests within SLA; coordinate with local/global teams.
• Provide IT support for events such as inductions, VIP meetings and videoconferences.
• Support custom IT requests as directed and ensure knowledge of products/services.
• Demonstrate understanding of core IT products and services and communicate use cases.
• Suggest ways to keep services cost efficient and gather product feedback.
