Verkada is seeking an IT professional to join our San Mateo office, providing technical and operational support to employees while collaborating with HQ IT to maintain high standards across the company.

The role requires strong technical skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment solving both technical and operational challenges. On-site five days a week at HQ in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-user IT support in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, systems, networking, and AV issues.
• Experience administering SaaS apps and access provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level end-user IT support.
• Troubleshoot IT issues across hardware, systems, networking, AV, and asset management.
• Administer SaaS applications including provisioning and access control.
• Partner with business units on IT-related projects.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Support a global workforce with overseas teams and consultants.
• Analyze and improve IT processes; implement new workflows as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the company grows.
