Figure AI, a San Jose-based AI robotics company, is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our HQ IT team in-person five days a week. You will provide on-site and remote IT support across buildings, ensuring professional service and timely issue resolution.

The role demands troubleshooting across Linux, Windows, and Mac, basic networking, and tooling like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom, with a customer-focused mindset and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficient troubleshooting across Linux, Windows, and Mac.
• Basic Windows 10/11 hardware troubleshooting and Mac hardware basics.
• Network basics including VPN provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in video conferencing (Google Meet/Zoom) and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Document, track, and monitor customer problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Support onboarding/offboarding ofFigure employees.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance standards.
• Support services: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, security hardware.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Promote knowledge sharing across IT and the company.
• Provide AV operational support in conference rooms and phone booths.
• Provide event-related support in large meeting spaces.
• Printer maintenance and related requests.
