Job summary

Sonos LLC is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Global IT Operations team in Goleta, CA. This on-site role will provide hands-on technical support for employees at the Goleta office and worldwide, covering laptops, printers, conferencing, and collaboration tools.

You will support Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments, work with Okta and Active Directory, and help with onboarding, AV equipment, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IT support or technical support engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT support queue in Jira Service Management for Tier 1 and 2 tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues across laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Provide admin-level support within core collaboration tools — Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
• Prioritize and respond to incidents, outages, and service requests, escalating to senior engineers when appropriate.
• Support new hire onboarding and offboarding, including desk setups, account provisioning, licensing, and access management.
• Maintain conference room and AV/VC equipment and support hardware/software upgrades.
• Manage IT and AV inventory and coordinate vendor RMAs and repairs.
