Job summary

Adams Brown Technology Specialists, LLC. is seeking IT professionals with an entrepreneurial drive to support our clients.

You will provide onsite support for servers, networking, and firewall management, communicating with affected parties during problem management to restore services quickly. Responsibilities include on-site problem resolution, installation, and break/fix support, with travel to client premises required.

Qualifications

Onsite hardware setup and support experience, preferably with an MSP.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with networking supplies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to document and follow established procedures.
Experience troubleshooting applications and security tools (Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
Familiarity with ticketing/PSA tools (ConnectWise Automate and PSA).
Server and networking hardware support experience required.
Willingness and ability to travel onsite to client premises.

Responsibilities

Provides onsite desktop, laptop, server, and network problem management and resolution services to clients and end-users.
Identify, document, troubleshoot, and escalate service requests.
Facilitates restoration of normal service operation while minimizing impact to end-user.
Provide installation and break/fix support including component replacement and OS installation.
Evaluates installations and other needs in a new client environment.
