- Provide onsite desktop, laptop, server and network support to clients.
- Identify, document, troubleshoot, and escalate service requests.
- Restore normal service with minimal end-user impact.
- Assist with hardware installations and OS deployment.
- Document installations and follow company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provides onsite desktop, laptop, server, and network problem management and resolution services to clients and end-users
- Identify, document, prioritize, troubleshoot, and escalate service requests
- Facilitates the restoration of normal service operation while minimizing impact to the end-user
- Provide installation and break/fix support including component replacement, hardware troubleshooting, and operating system installation
- Evaluates and identifies installations and other needs in a new client environment
