The Client Engineers provide onsite support for servers, networks, and security tools, communicating with affected parties during problem management.

Role focuses on hands-on hardware, software, and security tool troubleshooting, including Office 365 and other common applications, with travel to client sites in Kansas.

Qualifications

• We seek candidates with strong onsite hardware and network support experience.
• Experience with MSP environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to document and follow standard procedures.
• Comfort with traveling to client premises and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Provides onsite desktop, laptop, server, and network problem management and resolution services to clients and end-users
• Identify, document, prioritize, troubleshoot, and escalate service requests
• Facilitates the restoration of normal service operation while minimizing impact to the end-user
• Provide installation and break/fix support including component replacement, hardware troubleshooting, and OS installation
• Evaluates and identifies installations and other needs in a new client environment
