Computacenter is seeking a Customer Engineer to deliver hardware, software, and network support at customer sites across the US. You will troubleshoot, image PCs, manage assets, and deploy end-user infrastructure while coordinating small teams and documenting work for compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical work at customer sites to meet business and customer requirements.
• Imaging of PC devices, asset & inventory management, desk setups, and end user deployments.
• Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages in line with company processes.
• Document and report on work completed for compliance with procedures.
• Escalate issues per company processes and monitor escalations to meet customer demands.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure a consistent experience.
