Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician - Imaging and Deployment to support end-user computing onsite in Cambridge, MA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows-based endpoints, device imaging, provisioning, and deployments.

Responsibilities include imaging and deployment for laptops and desktops, OS installations and driver updates, and coordinating hardware refreshes from staging through end-user delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of imaging and deployment experience.
• Experience using ServiceNow system for ticketing and asset management.
• Strong technical skills with Windows-based endpoints and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Windows-based workstation imaging, provisioning, and deployment for laptops, desktops, and endpoints.
• Prepare devices for deployment, including OS installation, drivers, applications, security configurations, and corporate settings.
• Execute hardware refresh and technology deployment projects from staging to end-user delivery.
