Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Customer Engineer to provide hardware, software, and network support, including troubleshooting, staging, configuration, and ticket resolution for internal and external customers.

You will image PCs, manage assets, deploy end-user infrastructure, coordinate small teams, and document work to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Strong communication and on-site availability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical work at customer sites to support IMAC activities.
• Image PC devices, manage assets/inventory, and deploy end-user tech.
• Coordinate small teams delivering basic work packages per process.
• Document and report work completed to ensure compliance.
• Escalate issues per procedures to meet customer demands.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
