MatX is seeking an organized Help Desk/Desktop Support Technician to be the first contact for IT support for 100+ users. You’ll maintain a fleet of MacBook, ChromeOS, and Linux devices, provision new user accounts, and keep our office infrastructure running.

This on-site role is based in Mountain View, CA, requiring three days per week on site. Responsibilities include provisioning laptops and accounts, hardware deployment, device management, BYOD enrollment, AV and networking upkeep, and

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar role.
• Ability to triage and resolve or escalate issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for Help Desk issues and triage them.
• Provision laptops and user accounts for new employees and deprovision departures.
• Assist with hardware procurement and deployment for MacBooks, ChromeOS, and Linux devices.
• Maintain device fleet enrollment in MDM and ensure security baseline compliance.
• Support corporate mobile device and BYOD enrollment.
• Maintain conference room AV equipment and office networking.
• Track action items and coordinate with teams; update documentation.
