TEKsystems in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking qualified IT desktop support professionals to join a local enterprise client. This full onsite, contract-to-hire role offers hands-on exposure to Windows and Mac environments and a pathway to a permanent position.

You will grow your skills in a collaborative team, with benefits and first-shift scheduling. If you have prior Helpdesk or PC Technician experience, this is a strong entry point to advance your IT career.

Qualifications

• Previous Helpdesk or Desktop Support or PC Technician experience is preferred.
• IT certifications are desirable for this role.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents on Windows and Mac.
• Swap out laptops/desktops and deploy Windows 10/11.
• Re-image Windows 11 from Windows 10 on user devices.
• Assist users with logged IT incidents and provide timely support.
• Take ownership and perform problem analysis to restore service.
• Record, update, and document requests in the IT service desk system.
• Install and configure new IT equipment.
• Resolve incidents and upgrade software and hardware.
• Resolve incidents with printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Maintain a first-class level of customer service.
