Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and resolving software/hardware incidents.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 deployment and imaging.
• Strong customer service and ticket documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents for Windows and Mac.
• Swap laptops/desktops and deploy Windows 10/11.
• Re-image Windows 11 from Windows 10 on devices.
• Assist users with IT-related incidents and provide timely resolution.
• Record and track requests in the IT service desk system.
• Install and configure new IT equipment and upgrade software/hardware.
• Troubleshoot printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism.
