Johnson Controls is seeking an Installation/Project Coordinator for an onsite role in Dublin, OH. You will coordinate project details, bookings, billing support, and document delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance across CCIP/OCIP processes.

The position requires 2–3 years in a customer‑service environment, strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are essential.

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong ability to prioritize and multitask with strict adherence to deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and accountability.
• Customer service experience.
• Associate’s degree.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a high-volume, customer‑service-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Validate project details at kickoff to ensure accuracy in the system.
• Coordinate and follow up with Sales regarding project bookings for missing information/documentation.
• Set up prevailing wage projects/submit to CP tracker.
• Process CCIP/OCIP project enrollments.
• Submit monthly CCIP/OCIP reporting.
• Ship and track material-only sale projects.
• Create and receive purchase orders for subcontractors and material vendors.
• Release material shipments per PM request.
• Process and track RMAs.
• Submit/track necessary material cost transfers.
• Assist PMs with special billing forms and invoice credits.
• Support the Billing team with invoicing questions.
• Serve as Dispute Champion for the Install department by resolving or escalating AR disputes.
• Coordinate delivery of closeout documentation.
• Attend weekly Work in Progress (WIP) meetings.
• Manage Accounts Payable disputes, issues, and PO-on-hold reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project and department operations
