Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an on-site Installation/Project Support Specialist in Dublin, OH. You will coordinate, document, and order equipment for install base projects, supporting fire alarm, suppression, and sprinkler operations.

You will perform day-to-day administrative and project tasks, validate details at kickoff, and work with PMs and Sales to keep projects on track. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in a high-volume, customer-service environment is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Validate project details at kickoff to ensure accuracy in the system.
• Coordinate and follow up with Sales regarding project bookings for missing information/documentation.
• Set up prevailing wage projects/submit to CP tracker.
• Process CCIP/OCIP project enrollments and monthly reporting.
• Ship and track material-only sale projects and manage purchase orders.
• Release material shipments per PM request and track RMAs.
• Assist PMs with billing forms and invoice credits; support Billing with inquiries.
• Serve as Dispute Champion for AR disputes and coordinate closeout documents.
• Attend weekly WIP meetings and manage AP disputes/PO on-hold reviews.
