You will coordinate schedules, track materials, and ensure site readiness while communicating with customers and internal teams. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years in customer service, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate in a professional business manner.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installations from first contact to closeout.
• Perform welcome calls to customers within 48 hours of job booking.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure site readiness.
• Coordinate and schedule technicians and subcontractors using scheduling software.
• Create job packets with installation details and forms for installers.
• Track and verify delivery of materials needed for installations.
• Update installation backlog to inform stakeholders of progress.
• Ensure paperwork meets Zero Harm safety policy and process closeouts.
