You will perform welcome calls within 48 hours of job booking and ensure site readiness, coordinating technicians and vendors for on-time completion.

Responsibilities include creating job packets, tracking materials, updating the backlog tool, and processing paperwork to meet Johnson Controls' Zero Harm safety policy.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate in a professional business manner.
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installations from first contact to contract closeout.
• Perform welcome calls to customers within 48 hours of booking.
• Ensure site readiness and track installation progress.
• Provide installation packets to installers prior to start.
• Authenticate and process paperwork to ensure safety policy compliance.
