Job summary

Johnson Controls is hiring for an onsite role focused on coordinating installers and subcontractors for installation projects. The role requires organizing schedules, contacting customers within 48 hours of booking, and ensuring site readiness with all materials and resources.

You will work with internal teams and external vendors to meet on-time installation completion. The position emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, with at least 1 year of customer service experience

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
High School Degree or equivalent required.
Strong organizational and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate installers and subcontractors onto installation jobs.
Contact customers within 48 hours of booking.
Ensure installation site readiness and necessary resources are available.
Schedule and communicate with technicians and vendors to ensure on-time completion.
Create job packets and provide to installers before start.
Track delivery of materials and update Installation Portal.
Close out installation jobs with required paperwork and stakeholder communication.
Back up for Material Handler and maintain EHS documentation as needed.
