Responsibilities

• Coordinate installers and subcontractors from scheduling to job closeout.
• Contact customers within 48 hours of booking and update stakeholders.
• Ensure site readiness and on-time installation through coordination with teams.
• Prepare job packets and ensure all forms are available to installers.
• Track material delivery and update Installation Portal.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
