Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an Installation Coordinator to organize and schedule installations, coordinate installers and subcontractors, and maintain installation documentation. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure site readiness, track materials, and update the Installation Portal from booking to completion.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and proficient Microsoft Office usage; this is an in-office position

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installers and subcontractors for installation jobs.
• Schedule activities and ensure site readiness and timely completion.
• Maintain installation documentation and update the Installation Portal.
• Provide weekly payroll data entry and coordination with internal teams.
