Job summary

Qualifications

• Report into the Charlotte office daily.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate in a professional business manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installers/Sub-Contractors onto installation jobs from first contact to contract closeout.
• Make initial contact with customers within 48 hours of job booking.
• Coordinate and schedule technicians and subcontractors to ensure on-time installation completion.
• Create job packets with installation details and required forms.
• Track and verify materials for installations.
• Update Installation Portal to keep stakeholders informed.
• Process paperwork and maintain communication for timely installation closeout.
• Backup for the Material Handler and assist with EHS documentation as needed.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as directed.
