Job summary

DSA Doors is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Raleigh team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling quotes, pricing, product details, and order updates, while supporting the Custom/Project Sales team on unique orders.

You’ll enter orders in the CRM/ERP, provide timely order updates, and look for upsell opportunities. This onsite, full-time role offers a collaborative, team-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to stay organized, work efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customer calls and emails.
• Prepare and send quotes, pricing, product info, and lead times.
• Enter accurate customer orders in the CRM/ERP system.
• Provide updates on order status, shipping, or changes.
• Look for upsell opportunities and add complementary products.
• Keep detailed notes in the CRM for visibility and follow-up.
• Coordinate with the sales team for a smooth customer experience.
• Send samples, catalogs, or product information as needed.
• Assist Custom/Project Sales with non-standard requests.
• Help prepare custom quotes, RFQs, and submittals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service for project details.
• Track project timelines and deliver updates.
