Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Customer Support professional in Dallas to manage inquiries, quotes, orders, and fulfillment with precision. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3–5 years of inside sales or customer service experience required.
2–4 years in construction supplies or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders, fulfillment and issue resolution.
Create and maintain sales quotes, orders, invoices, and rental contracts.
Coordinate purchasing for inventory, drop-ship items and site services.
Support inventory, equipment and receiving with accurate records and discrepancy resolution.
Collaborate with outside sales and branch leadership to identify customer needs and solutions.
Leverage product knowledge to assist customer decision making and resolve issues.
Prioritize daily tasks to meet service standards.
