The role emphasizes handling multiple quotes, maintaining data accuracy, and providing proactive follow-up to ensure project progression, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have B2B sales experience.
• Experience with construction bids or project management is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and sort existing quotes and close sales to keep projects flowing.
• Coordinate with teammates and other departments to move projects forward.
• Track customer data and maintain accurate records across systems.
• Handle multiple projects with deadlines and priorities.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up on opportunities.
