Job summary

CSI is seeking an Inside Sales Representative 3 to act as a senior subject-matter expert, mentoring peers and driving process improvements. You will manage quotes, orders, and open orders within ERP systems while collaborating with sales, vendors, and internal teams.

This office-based role in Durham requires strong execution, clear communication, and accurate system work in a fast-paced environment, with a pay range of $31-$38 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in inside sales support, customer support, order management, or technical customer service with complex situations.
• Equivalent experience to ISR 2 progression.
• Experience in hygienic/sanitary process equipment industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone and email.
• Prepare, review, and manage quotes and orders within ERP systems.
• Proactively manage open orders to ensure delivery, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Communicate clearly early when issues or risks arise.
• Collaborate with sales, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle increased complexity and non-standard requests.
• Serve as a product/process/resource for others.
