You will support both customers and the Outside Sales team—managing quotes, orders, and day-to-day customer service to keep projects on track and clients coming back.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite/365 and basic CRM use.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate quotes via phone, email and in person.
• Handle walk-in sales and guide product selections.
• Enter and process orders with precision and speed.
• Coordinate with warehouse to meet demand and stock levels.
• Manage delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Support Outside Sales with backend processes and follow-ups.
• Maintain showroom and promote featured products.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
• Prepare and send product samples, catalogs, and credit applications.
• Review sales reports and maintain data integrity.
• Pull counter orders to ensure timely service.
• Collaborate with Branch Operations Manager daily.
