Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to partner with clients on moderately complex needs, leading discovery sessions to design configurations and ensure accurate data conversion for onboarding. You’ll balance legacy data, validate configurations, and provide proactive support across the implementation lifecycle.

Strong analytical thinking and client relationship skills are required, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or customer interfacing role.
• 2+ years of HCM implementation experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Paylocity products preferred.
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients during implementation, facilitating meetings and maintaining communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide smooth post-implementation support, including system maintenance and issue resolution based on client feedback.
• Assist clients with data migration, data mapping, and data validation for accurate data integration into the HCM software.
