Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is hiring an Implementation Client Consultant. This remote, US-only role focuses on onboarding complex clients, guiding admins through Paylocity products, and ensuring successful payroll deployments.

You will travel up to 80% and work with onsite visits, while mentoring peers and improving procedures. Requirements include 5+ years in payroll/HR, strong SQL/Excel skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll/ HR/ Benefits admin experience.
• Experience in escalations and at-risk client retention.
• Proficient in SQL, MS Access or Excel.
• Ability to present HR data effectively.
• Strong leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Onboard complex clients onsite during implementation.
• Lead virtual and on-site client discussions to gather needs.
• Plan onsite visits with stakeholder alignment and logistics.
• Support setup and maintenance of clients during high volume periods.
• Mentor peers and assist with onboarding of new consultants.
• Travel up to 80% as required.
