Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to partner with clients on moderately complex needs. You will lead discovery, design customized configurations, and ensure accurate data conversion while guiding clients through onboarding and ongoing support.

The role requires strong analytical skills, client relationship abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site at the Rochester, NY office with no remote option.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of HCM implementation experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Paylocity products and processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong project management skills and client-facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional onboarding experiences.
• Provide smooth post-implementation support and issue resolution.
• Assist clients with data migration, mapping, and validation.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements for HCM functions.
• Review configurations to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Coordinate with sales, product SMEs, and project managers on implementations.
• Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed, advising on best practices.
