Paylocity is seeking a Managed Implementation Consultant to support client implementations with emphasis on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services to ensure project success and identify opportunities for additional services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in customer-facing roles, and 2+ years in HCM/Payroll/HR, with Paylocity tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a customer service or customer facing role.
• 2+ years in HCM consultation or benefits/payroll/HR.
• Prior Paylocity system knowledge required.
• CPP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Paylocity tools and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong organizational, time management skills, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist client implementations with a focus on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Managed Services teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for additional Managed Implementation Services (MIS) based on client needs.
• Drive projects to completion, ensuring go-live dates are met.
• Play a key role in onboarding client data during the implementation process.
