You will manage data conversion, validate configurations, and guide clients through the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service or client-facing role.
• 2+ years in HCM implementation experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Paylocity products is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional experiences during implementations.
• Provide smooth post-implementation support and issue resolution.
• Assist clients in data migration, mapping, and validation for data integration into the HCM software.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements for payroll, HR, time and labor.
• Review configuration with clients to ensure alignment with needs and optimal system use.
• Collaborate with sales, product SMEs, and project managers to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues; escalate when needed.
• Provide guidance on HCM best practices and change management.
