Paylocity is seeking an Implementation Consultant II for our Meridian, ID office. You will serve as a strategic partner for moderately complex client needs, leading discovery sessions and designing customized system configurations to drive efficiency and value. Strong data conversion, onboarding, and client relationship skills are essential.

In-office role with no remote option, located at Meridian, ID. You will balance multiple priorities, provide proactive support, and collaborate across teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or client-facing role.
• 2+ years of HCM implementation experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Paylocity products and processes; Excel expertise (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients, ensuring exceptional experiences during implementations.
• Lead discovery sessions and design customized configurations for onboarding.
• Assist data migration, mapping, and validation for accurate data integration.
• Collaborate with sales, product SMEs and project managers to ensure quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot issues and advise on best practices and change management.
