Job summary

Paylocity, a leading provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software, seeks an Implementation Consultant II in Meridian, ID. You will partner with clients on moderately complex configurations, drive efficient onboarding, and ensure accurate data conversion while balancing multiple priorities.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, client relationship skills, and experience in HCM implementation. Office-based position with no remote option and five days on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or client-facing role.
• 2+ years HCM implementation experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Paylocity products preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication for customer-focused implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to clients through implementation lifecycle.
• Provide smooth post-implementation support and data validation.
• Assist with data migration, mapping, and validation for integration into HCM software.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements for payroll, HR, time and labor.
• Review client configurations to ensure alignment with needs and optimal system use.
• Coordinate with sales, product SMEs and project managers to ensure high-quality implementations.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and escalate when needed.
• Advise on best practices, process improvements, and change management.
