Amazon Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support for a large hourly workforce and business leaders. You will partner with leaders on talent management, engagement, and internal service, while driving data-driven HR initiatives and leveraging AI-enabled tools.

Role emphasizes on-site work at an Amazon facility with strong emphasis on inclusion, compliance, and operational excellence. 5+ years HR experience in international, fast-paced settings is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR work in international, fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• 2+ years in HR or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of local labor law.
• Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client group.

Responsabilités

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns, addressing root causes and ensuring policy compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback and team development.
• Promote equitable talent practices across selection and development decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools to improve efficiency.
