Qualifications

• Ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive HR initiatives and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and addressing root causes while ensuring policy compliance.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, predict challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach Business Leaders on people management practices, performance feedback, and complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI tools while maintaining high-touch service delivery.
