Amazon Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large population of hourly employees and business leaders.

The role blends strategic and tactical work, leveraging data insights, and may lead entry-level HR staff to deliver impactful initiatives onsite. You will partner with leaders to advance talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service, driving an inclusive, high-performing culture with strong business outcomes.

Qualificações

Experience supporting onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, or talent management.
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
2+ years HR experience or equivalent in related fields.

Responsabilidades

Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and aligning with policy intent.
Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive HR solutions.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach business leaders on people management, performance, and development.
Partner to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI to improve user experience.
