Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Familiar with HRIS or ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of basic HR functions, compliance, and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on planning and executing local employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies and resources.
• Assist HR team with daily operations, administrative tasks, and internal communications.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication.
• Prepare documentation for HR audits and compliance reviews.
• Support administration of employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Contribute to internal HR communications and newsletters.
• Participate in special HR projects to improve processes and employee experience.
