Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a motivated HR Operations Intern to support onboarding, orientation, and daily employee services in an in-person setting at Milford, MA.

This internship is full-time (40 hours/week) with compensation disclosed as hourly. You will gain hands-on experience across HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, and internal operations that drive workforce integration and culture.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Familiar with HRIS or ATS platforms.
• Knowledge of HR functions, compliance requirements, and employment regulations.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate on planning and execution of local employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and resources.
• Assist the HR team with daily operations, administrative tasks, and internal communications.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Help prepare documentation and materials for HR audits and compliance reviews.
• Support the administration of employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of internal HR communications and newsletters.
• Participate in special HR projects aimed at improving processes or enhancing employee experience.
