Consigli Construction is seeking an HR Operations Intern to support onboarding, orientation, and daily employee services in a hands-on role. This in-person internship offers exposure to HR processes and real-world operations that keep the workforce engaged.

The position requires current enrollment in a Bachelor's in HR or related field, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/ATS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Familiar with HRIS or ATS platforms.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the planning and execution of local employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and resources.
• Assist the HR team with daily operations, administrative tasks, and internal communications.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Help prepare documentation and materials for HR audits and compliance reviews.
• Support the administration of employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of internal HR communications and newsletters.
• Participate in special HR projects aimed at improving processes or enhancing employee experience.
