Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Interest in talent acquisition and/or the A/E/C industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases, or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for Owners, OPMs, and Design Team members.
• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting, posting, and maintaining job requisitions.
• Review and screen applicants to identify qualified candidates in alignment with job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
• Maintain and update data within the ATS to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate on drafting and refining job descriptions and postings.
• Track and monitor employee career development activities in coordination with supervisors.
• Prepare recruitment-related metrics and reports to support process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in employer branding efforts and assist with campus recruiting or career events when applicable.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR team as needed.
