Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS and Paycom. This is an in-office position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ongoing HR Generalist experience across all HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting practices and employment processes.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Maryland employment laws and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee relations and policy guidance.
• Coordinate performance management and engagement initiatives.
• Support HR reporting and audits.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment with hiring managers.
• Develop staffing plans and job descriptions; source and interview candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare offers.
