Job summary

Jobot seeks a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to lead day-to-day HR operations and support employees across multiple locations. You will oversee recruiting, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and other HR initiatives while partnering closely with employees and leadership.

The role requires 3+ years of HR experience, strong employment law knowledge, and full-cycle recruiting expertise. 100% on-site work with comprehensive benefits and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong employment law and HR compliance knowledge.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Employee relations and performance management experience.
• HRIS and reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field OR substantial HR experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Serve as a primary resource for employee relations and workplace matters.
• Oversee performance management and support managers with employee development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and employee documentation.
• Support payroll, benefits, and other day-to-day HR operations.
• Partner with leadership across locations on HR initiatives and workforce needs.
