Job summary

Millennium Residential Inc. is seeking an on-site HR Generalist in Towson, MD. The role supports employee relations, time and attendance, onboarding, and benefits administration in a fully in-person setting (Mon-Fri 9am–5pm).

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years HR experience in healthcare or human services, with knowledge of Maryland HR laws and ADP Workforce Now. The position offers comprehensive health benefits and PTO, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED (2 or 4-year degree preferred).
• Experience: 2–3 years in HR, within DDA, residential, or home health setting preferred.
• Knowledge: onboarding, employee relations, time & attendance, benefits administration, HR systems, recruitment.
• Maryland employment laws and HR compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency in ADP and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR contact for employees and managers.
• Manage timecards, attendance, and payroll-related issues.
• Oversee onboarding, new-hire and offboarding processes.
• Maintain personnel files; conduct quarterly file audits.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and inquiries.
• Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports.
