Job summary

The Amenity Collective in Owings Mills, MD, is seeking a People Operations Generalist to support day-to-day People operations, recruiting, onboarding, and administrative tasks. This hands-on role balances detailed processes with engaging team interactions and culture building.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage Workday activities, coordinate events, and help strengthen TAC’s culture through recognition and community outreach, all while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years in HR, People Ops, recruiting, or related role preferred.
• Workday or similar HCM system experience preferred.
• Experience with an ATS and candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter) preferred.
• Experience coordinating employee events, engagement programs, or recognition is a plus.
• SHRM-CP or HR certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day People Operations and onboarding processes.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles and coordinate interviews.
• Administer benefits, leave, and training programs; support recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate office events, engagement activities, and culture initiatives.
• Maintain Workday data and ensure compliance with policies.
• Partner with IT and hiring managers for first-day readiness.
