Job summary

Douron, a division of TSRC, Inc., is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our human resources needs in Owings Mills, MD. This role will handle onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, recruiting, and other HR functions in a day-shift, in-office environment.

Key responsibilities include managing onboarding/offboarding, maintaining records, guiding policy questions, supporting performance management, ensuring compliance with local laws, and building talent

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as HR Generalist across HR functions.
• Strong recruiting knowledge and employment processes.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of Maryland employment laws and HR best practices.
• Knowledge of Baltimore County/Anne Arundel County/DC/Delaware employment laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support new-hire onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with employee relations and respond to HR policy questions
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and other admin tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
• Support special HR projects as needed
