Job summary

Bryn Mawr Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an onsite Human Resources Coordinator to support payroll accuracy and day-to-day HR coordination in a long-term care setting. You will process payroll, assist with onboarding, maintain records in HRIS, answer staff questions, help with benefits and compliance, and support recruitment and training events.

This role requires prior HR experience, strong organization, and discretion.

Qualifications

• Prior HR department experience required.
• Demonstrated payroll processing experience essential.
• Knowledge of long-term care HR practices preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process payroll accurately and on schedule for all staff members.
• Assist onboarding of new employees, including documentation and orientation support.
• Support HR initiatives across employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Field questions related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR team to implement best practices in long-term care.
